September 3, 2024:
Donna took this picture of Scooter yesterday. Skylar gave that bed to our kids because her kids wouldn't use it.

July 8, 2024:
Gonzo is gone. Curled up in his bench bed.

July 7, 2024:
I checked on Gonzo at 9 this morning, he had gotten out of the hammock I had put him in; and into the bench bed on the floor of the cage. I got him up to let him roam with his cage mates. He was slow but able to go where he wanted to. At meds time this afternoon I made him a bowl of soup with meds. He wasn't really interested in eating. I put him on my lap to feed him, he ate the entire bowl of soup. He's lost weight I'm hoping to find him feeling better in the morning.

June 14, 2024:
Beaker found a way to get to the counter top in the kitchen.

March 18, 2024:
Scooter is getting his fur back finally. He got his implant in January.

October 29, 2023:
Tina happened to see Beaker was acting off. She brought him to me so I could get a BG, his numbers were 44, he is now on meds too.

October 5, 2023:
A week ago Scooter was acting off. I did a BG his numbers were 71. This morning when I got them up, I set them over the barrier Scooter went flat ferret, he was gagging. I brought him back into the shelter got the meter out to see what his numbers were this morning, 25. He is now on Pred.
PM update: Scooter was doing much better this morning after his dose of Pred.

January 9, 2023:
I called Doc to make an appointment for Beaker and Ghost for implants. Feb 16th is when we go to Brockport.

Christmas, 2021:

November 2, 2021:
Syracuse kids are a riot when I put them on the porch, they are so excited they jump around like popping popcorn.

September 25, 2021:
The new kids did well overnight, they are out bouncing around in the library. One of 4 likes the soup, the others sniff and walk away. I made them mush this morning, like Tina did for them when they first arrived at the Syracuse shelter. They seem to be happy little fuzz butts, I believe they will do well living here with us.
